To have your student ID card ready for you on arrival, we ask that you submit a passport quality photo. Please upload a color photo showing a full front view of your head and shoulders according to the requirements shown on this site. Using photo upload by your photo upload deadline will save you time and effort when you arrive on campus. Your registrar's office will give you details on your photo upload deadline.

By submitting a photo, you agree that Harvard University may use the submitted photo as your likeness on your Harvard ID card and that the photo may be used in secure internal Harvard Systems for offical University business.

Below are the basic requirements for a successful upload:

• Standard passport size photo

• The photo should be of you and only you

• Head must be uncovered, unless for religious purposes

• Glasses should not contain glare

• No sunglasses

• No headphones or wireless devices

• Photo should be from the last six months
